I know the whole Da Vinci Code thing is getting kinda played out, but since I'm using Leonardo as a main character I felt it necessary to at least deal with the aforementioned bugaboo. And since the next chapter will deal with Da Vinci himself I decided it was time.Panel 5
There's a picture of Boss Smiley, the embodiment of the American Politican process from the short-lived comic book Prez in the background. Also, Da Vinci's impromptu motorcycle is strongly inspired by the Peter Fonda vehicle, "Easy Rider." And the thing's France themed because as stated in the first panel, Da Vinci lived out the end of his days in France.
