Albert Einstein: Two Fisted Patent Clerk
A flashback to the days of yore. Circa 1905 Albert Einstein works at a patent office.
Before we get to "In Clown City," Chapter 3 in the "Heroes of Science" saga I felt
it appropriate to stall for a week. Actually, I wanted to buffer between the storylines, so I introduced this backup feature, “The Adventures of Albert Einstein: Two-Fisted Patent Clerk.” In the future I will use these stories to ensure that new chapters will begin on a Monday.
Panel 4
For some reason the Swiss Patent Office has little gingerbread men on the
windowsill. Also, I'm not really sure where the giant guy motif came from,
but I like it.
Panel 2
Sure you do, Shredder.
Panel 3
This is a rather obscure joke. In one of the recent GI Joe comics they featured
a similar scene that was supposed to show how awesome snake eyes is, unfortunately
with no sense of causality and no linear progression it just ended up a god-damned
mess that can't be easily read. This is the same.
Panel 5
Man, there's a hell of a lot of plants in this patent office for some reason.
